“Shimmers with wonderful, natural, unaffected crystalline vocal harmonies that are sure to make your spin tingle” – Graham Blackley
“Thea’s music is fresh, unique and super vibrant – love being involved in her creative process” Phoebe Van Min – Thickheart Films
17 November 2021 (London, UK) – Thea FitzGerald, a Melbourne singer-songwriter, is due to release the track “Good Like That” ahead of her second EP.
“Good Like That” is here to get you ready for a sassy, liberated summer, following her debut EP ‘Building Blocks.’ It’s the ideal music for sashaying, swaggering, or strutting into a new chapter after overcoming the hardships of the previous 18 months.
The lyrics express a sense of liberation experienced by Pnds when they grow out of a relationship that isn’t serving them well and create distance without disdain — an emotional coming of age.
Thea considers how stepping away from something doesn’t imply shutting someone out for good, but rather allows them to develop and mature at their own speed.

This body of work has been a labour of love throughout the difficulties of living in a world of COVID “Good Like That” perfectly captures the poignancy of bittersweet goodbyes with an infectious soundscape that implores listeners to move and join in chorus. It was created in collaboration with Melbourne producers SB90 and Michael Cooper (Mikki from Preston), and augmented by the silky trumpets of Woody Sampson (House of Wood).
Thea’s love of vocal arrangement and harmony is on full display, and she’s looking forward to returning to live events to wow audiences.
